You care deeply about your future.
You want meaningful relationships, success in school or work, and a sense of independence, but something is not quite clicking yet.
You may find yourself wondering…
* Why do social situations feel so hard?
* How do I make and keep real friends?
* What does life look life after high school or college?
* Will I be able to live the life I want?
These questions are real, and you are not alone in asking them. With the right structure, support, and guidance, there is a clear path forward.
For over a decade, I have had the honor of working alongside young people and families as they navigate the transition to adulthood, supporting growth in communication, confidence, and independence.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including PEERS®, transition planning, and social-emotional learning, all tailored to your individual strengths and goals.
Together, we build practical skills for real life, including forming friendships, succeeding in school and work, and navigating everyday challenges with greater ease and confidence.
You will learn how to understand yourself, connect with others, and move forward with clarity.
Your goals are within reach, and you do not have to figure it out alone.
