Celo Learning was founded to provide personalized support and resources that facilitate smooth transitions to adulthood. We support young people from all walks of life in achieving meaningful goals related to post-secondary education, employment, and independent living.
Our work is grounded in interdisciplinary wellness, strengths-based planning, and individualized instructional support.
Our Certified Wellness Coaches provide mindfulness, resilience, and well-being supports for children, youth, and families. Services are designed to strengthen emotional regulation, self-awareness, stress management, and essential life skills that support long-term well-being.
Our Education Specialists provide person-centered planning for transition-aged youth seeking strengths-based guidance in developing goals related to post-secondary education, employment, and independent living. We support executive functioning, self-advocacy, and coordinated transition planning aligned with IEP goals and postsecondary pathways.
For young adults navigating social and life transitions, we offer individualized instruction using the UCLA PEERS® for Young Adults evidence-based curriculum. Services include one-to-one coaching, scaffolded skill development, and structured practice to build confidence, social fluency, and readiness for academic, workplace, and community environments.
Many of our clients come to us through referrals from families, teachers, coaches, therapists, schools, and community partners. If someone shared Celo Learning with you, it is because they believe we can help.
We invite you to contact us to share your story and schedule a video consultation. We offer a complimentary consultation to determine whether working together would be a strong and appropriate fit for your goals.
