Celo Learning began in 2022 with founder Kathleen O'Halloran providing educational and disability support services to families. As community needs evolved, the practice developed a specialized focus on post-secondary outcomes and supporting smooth transitions to adulthood for children and young adults with disabilities.
Today, in addition to direct student services, Celo Learning provides consultation and community education. Our goal is to strengthen self-determination and improve post-secondary outcomes by equipping families, educators, and community partners with practical tools, resources, and evidence-informed approaches that support education, employment, community participation, independent living, and lifelong quality of life.
Kathleen O'Halloran is a California credentialed Education Specialist and Post-Secondary Transition Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in community-based systems of support, special education, transition services, and student wellness. Her work is informed by professional practice and ongoing collaboration with families, educators, service providers, community organizations, and academic partners.
Services are referral-based. Kathleen welcomes inquiries from families, professionals, and organizations interested in individualized support, consultation, educational programming, and community partnerships.
